our Gillingham one has a "1 hour" notice on the wall ( and failed to get planning permission for the ANPR cameras as far as I can see). I'm thinking about leaving my trolley in the queue at Xmas if I fail to complete my shop in 1 hourEx forum ambassador

Aldi seem to have shunted all the recent PE posts. No sign of them now, so much for their 'We don't delete posts' rubbish.
That guy Mike McDonald seems to have upset them. That's not very nice of him!
Boo!
I wonder if Capita have been on the phone to Ms Organ to get them hidden? They might be having second thoughts about shelling out their £54m now. :eek:Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

It looks as though Aldi are recruiting somebody else for their parking department:-

Unbelievable!
They're paying £27k - £30k pa, and recognising that customers are being upset and distressed by PE. In fact the job is termed 'ParkingEye Assistant' (not that PE needs any assistance to plunder Aldi customers!).
Please note - the job is 'Permanent'.
Aldi customers beware! Look for alternatives! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Unless the cost is far greater surely its better to inverstigate the cause not the result. There are plenty of Aldi sites which do not need parking nazi's and a few that do.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
