It would be a damned shame if Aldi customers didn't see the dodgy actions of the infestation in Aldi car parks, this is what is waiting for you in a car park near you

Yes but he's got another think coming if he believes this:
''In light of social media and how bad news travels like wildfire then if I was CEO at Aldi then I would want to put this one out very quickly as customer loyalty in the 21st Century can be very short lived as many retailers will testify''PRIVATE 'PCN'? Hello!
I think I remember this thread! Which page had this dropped down to.
Scandalous. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

We really do need a Morrisons version because people are being sued left right and centre, and people are being asked to pay PE's £60 'costs' if Morrisons cancel them (and Morrisons think that's OK?????).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Given Morrisons' precarious financial state, the last thing they need to be doing is peeing off customers, loyal, occasional or even the potential variety.

They are going the same way as the Co-op - precarious finances, dodgy PPC and no longer helping customers who complain about these PCNs and court claims.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Visited ALDI Baguley tonight, and noted that the top left fire exit was obstructed with a deck chair.Illegitimi non carborundum:)0

Another shining example from retailer of the year...I have recently received a parking charge notice in the post from Parking Eye car park management ref 541324/085482 dated 11/09/14.
I can confirm that I was indeed driving a Renault Clio I can also confirm that I did stop in Aldi North fields car park at or around the time stipulated in the parking notice charge. I go to Aldi in Northfield every Saturday with my 74 year old mother to collect her weekly shopping. My mother has arthritis in her left hip and has also recently had an operation on her eye causing her vision to be considerably impaired. She likes to shop at Aldi because the prices suit her limited budget and finds that the limited choice of products to be beneficial to her shopping needs. She spends, on average, £75 every time she visits the store. I too, like to shop at Aldi due to the fact that I have a young family and a very tight budget. I spend around £100 per week on my shopping.
On the day in question, I picked my mother up from her home at 15:30. She wasn't feeling very well but insisted that she needed to go and get a few bits and bobs so she could cook a family dinner on Sunday. My mother is very strong willed and it is difficult to change her mind once she hand decided on something. When we got to Aldi in Northfield, I waited in the car while she went in to get her shopping. This is normally the time when I can check my emails. After approximately 30 mins of waiting in the car, my mother was still in the store. This is unusual, considering she likes to get her shopping done as quick as possible and get home. I went into the store to find my mother stood next to the frozen pizzas clearly in some distress. After a few minutes I decided to abandon my mothers shopping and take her home. When we got home my mother complained about severe pain in her hip. I had to ring the out of hours doctor who advised me to take her to A&E.
Concerning this parking charge notice, I think that my mothers ill health should be taken into consideration. Since I told her about the charge, she hasn't been able to sleep at night as she thinks it is her fault that we incurred the charge. She has tried to force me to take the money off her to pay for the time but this would leave a 74 year old lady with only £5 to do her shopping for the week. We are both loyal customers and do spend nearly £200 per week. We have recently discovered an ASDA not far away from my mothers house. Their prices tend to be similar to Aldi but they welcome customers to park in their car park without the fear of having to pay a hefty fine. I spoke in confidence with the manager of ASDA, who was shocked by Aldis blatant disregard for customer service and he assured my mother will receive the highest possible level of customer service. He also offered to spare one of his staff to help my mother to find similar products to those she used to buy from Aldi. Dispute all this, my mother is still troubled by the parking charge at Aldi. I am considerably concerned about her health and don't think the stress of this situation is going to help. She hasn't really ate much recently. She tells me that she isn't hungry but I am 100% sure that it is due to this parking charge as it always seems to be the main topic of conversation.
I trust you will handle this complaint with the sensitivity it deserves. I look forward to receiving your reply.
