Or maybe she realised she could potentially get in trouble so has pulled the account to try and hide the evidence.

I, and others, have "screen-shotted" the evidence. Does anyone know how I can locate him or her. From experience, I find it better to take up the issues with the perps local force.

My family are terrified at the prospect of me being left in "stitches."

I like the way that "Suzie Parker" is complaining about false accounts. Of course "Toby" is a real person and much misunderstood!

Suzie Parker appears to be a real account with friends and historical posts.

I thought she'd just blocked me again but logging out and it does seem as though she is gone. I'm no fan of Onsie but she isn't as annoying as "Toby".

What's the deal in Scotland?

A female relative (reg'd keeper of a vehicle) received a parking charge notice from Parking Eye for someone driving her vehicle overstaying by 10 or so minutes.

Am I right in saying that, in Scotland, all we have to do is ignore it altogether?

They can only instruct debt recovery agents and/or issue proceedings against the 'driver' and if they don't know who the 'driver' is, they can't just go after the reg'd keeper?

Any advice would be much appreciated.
