Andrea so what you are saying then is that if we said fred bloggs said this on the open public facebook page of Aldi, that could lead to the removal of the thread? Can you please explain what you want us to do instead of the cryptic messages, because obviously we don't want to break rules.
And if we mentioned say an MP said this about private parking for example in the Daily Express, would that be breaking the rules? Are we in fact allowed to quote anyone?
ThanksWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

One has to wonder if Parking Eye are playing bully boys tactics against MSE ..... again ?"The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis." - Dante Alighieri0

Andrea,
Instead of asking people to stop, why not explain why you are asking us not to post peoples names? I can understand if they are not in the public domain, but if they are already out there then what is the problem?"You should know not to believe everything in media & polls by now !"

Why do posters continue to believe that the moderators have to explain anything?
This forum is provided free to us. It has a set of rules that we have to abide by. If the moderators believe we are breaking, coming close to breaking, or even if they don't have time to work out whether we might be breaking the rules or not, they can delete posts and threads.
The forum isn't a democracy and like all other forums, the mods don't have time to analyse every contentious post.Apparently I'm 10 years old on MSE. Happy birthday to me...etc0 -
I'm wondering if it's the occasional reference to old onesie. We know she checks out this thread and how easily she pretends to be shocked and offended. I for one have no problem in not mentioning her by name if that is where the trouble is.0
