Should make for interesting POPLA appeals as I'm sure neither Aldi or their chums will consider 'mitigation'...
Hope the ambulance and police didn't exceed 90 minutes ...
On the positive side at least no one was hurt.0 -

If that car park is "managed" by PE then those drivers will probably receive a ticket for overstaying. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
Knowing Parking Eye, they will charge everybody who 'overstayed' their welcome, even the police.0

I suspect Aldi, Parking Eye and Weber Shandwick have got together and decided that deletion of all non-pro Aldi posts is a good way to go.
I would appear anything that doesn't promote Aldi is now deleted.
So, and just for the legalities, this is what I have to say to those parties and it is MY opinion and not MSE's :
Aldi, Parking Eye and Weber Shandwick are a bunch of corrupt, conning, sly, good for nothing companies that ALL break the law. If they object to that then they should contact me and issue papers for libel.
And just so it appears on their Google analytics :

Unless I'm being blocked it would appear most of Dave's posts have also been deleted.
Weber Shandwick quite clearly have had a dictate from their masters Aldi to stamp down on anti-Aldi / Parking Eye posts."The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis." - Dante Alighieri0 -
Dave's posts starting about Parking Eye do appear to have been deleted -but he commented on that persons thread starts like this - lots of other commentsAnne Bardsleyposted toAldi UK

Dave Banks from a post that webber shanwick deleted " we have set up this Page for all our fans to use and enjoy and would like to keep it this way" , note the use of the word "fans" , not customers , this site is just for webber to hand pick postings that sing the joys of aldi. they are NOT interested in helping or sorting problems out and will delete/remove any posting that embarrasses aldi

Louise Kinsey This is a mesage for Dave Banks the point of this page being for fans not customers is VERY POINTLESS because ALL YOUR FANS ARE CUSTOMERS other wise THEY WOUDLNT BE FANS THAT REPLY WAS DISGUSTING and many others agree
