Because it is only £35 instead of £60?0

Dear Aldi UK. After shopping at your Mold store on Jan 29, I bumped into a friend that I hadn't seen in a long time so we popped into the McDonald's that is on the same site for a coffee. Today I paid your parking bully boys £35 for the privilege. The time in question? I arrived 6.30pm on a Thursday night when other Mold car parks are free. The car park was nearly empty. It is a joke. Oh well weekly shop at Lidl in future. Same cost to me. And more than £35 dent in your profits for you. Yes I overran the time, but surely this blanket approach is nonsense. It was dark when I arrived. I admit I didn't see the warning notices. But if you are so keen on ensuring that people who use either your store or McDonalds are aware why not have big warning notices at the entrances to both? Signed disgusted of north wales.
This looks like a Aldi is on a retail park here with other outlets -i.e Mac - which case IIRC some of PE charges are indeed lower initially £700 -

Go for it - are you going to tell them the phone call will be recorded?
Companies tend to get stroppy when you tell them mid conversation that the telephone calls are being recorded (this can be great fun) - citing DPA and all that - especially when they telephone you stating calls may be reccorded without permission.0 -
Pray tell us more! (Since some of us can't access FB whilst at work).
If you are a limited company and have a web site ( or headed note paper ) you are required by law to display your company number and registered address ( and in email footers ). Now go and look at Weber Shandwick's web site ...... oh dear ...... law breakers like Parking Eye !

Hello Sarah Smith. I see you are now a regular reader of this page. Any particular reason? Patrolling the internet for Parking Eye? You realise you are 1 against a thousand. Your slimy industry will be brought down.0
