Why don't you report Gina Preeky to Trading Standards as it's if it is actually Parking Eye pretending to be a happy customer, then it would be a clear breach of these consumer laws.

This wouldn't work unless there was proof positive that Georgina Preeky (as she now calls herself) is an employee of Parkin g aye. (The miss-spiiling is delibriate.)
I married my cousin. I had to...
    I don't have a sister. :D

That's how Steve Wright (in the afternoon) pronounces it and he speaks BBC, so it must be correct.

Think of all those other victims who are daft and deluded (scared) enough to just pay, every day. Money for old rope for PE.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Correct.

The offence being suggested as fitting the bill is a criminal one and thus the evidence required to secure a conviction would have to "beyond a reasonable doubt". The mere fact that someone's computer was used to post something is not proof that they posted it. To secure a conviction corroborative evidence would be required to put the person at the machine at the time or (perhaps) - as a left field option - evidence to show that it could not have been anyone else i.e. circumstantial evidence. Don't believe anyone who claims that no one has ever been convicted on circumstantial evidence alone. ;)
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com
