    It would - though I'd doubt it.

    I would suggest that if it transpired that the IP address was that of a proxy then it would tend to suggest that someone is simply stirring it. Then there is always the possibility of the double bluff and that the posts do actually originate from within PE on the basis that no one would ever believe that they did.

    Does it really matter?

    The change to the new, less confrontational website suggests ( to me at least) that the Crapitatisation of PE is underway and within a short time PE will withdraw from all direct (even indirect) "customer" contact beyond appeals. Everything will be smoothed to an anodyne whole.
    My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

    Regarding PE's possible change of tack, it might have been just a blip, but the latest figures obtained by Parking Prankster show that after they were taken over by Capita, the number of court cases they applied for fell off dramatically, and for three weeks running in November they didn't make any applications at all.
