Actually I did start doing one but I didn't really finish it as was taking to much time. Was thinking that "private parking companies " might be one to doWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

The citations/references need to be added by the person who wrote it. It will eventually be removed as it does not match Wikipedia's more objective 'house style' as well as not having the mentioned citations etc.0

So, I drive to Aldi in the family car. Do I have a duty to inform everyone else who drives the car that they can't go to Aldi intel a certain time? If it's a contractual charge, it can only be between one driver and PE/Aldi. They can't bring a later driver into the equation.0
