I really wouldn't bother. There customer service people are doing everything in there power to be unhelpful and smarmy to me because I dare to tell them I don't want to keep it and want them to take it back. Rude and arrogant and doing everything in there power to delay things and make it difficult.

Makes ebuyers return process seem high end.

Certainly wont be touching these muppets again.

I am experiencing exactly the same problem. They have told me that the pics I have sent in are not good enough. They want video footage.

I telephoned them and spoke to a very rude chap who tried to make out they are doing me a favour by letting me keep the junk that doesnt work and I was being unhelpful by not providing them with a video. I explained that the hifis are at my parents home and I dont have time to keep going back to get them their pictures but he didnt seem to care, just accused me of being difficult, very rude company.

and still dont have a refund, what should I do? I feel as if they are being difficult on purpose, can I get the money back from my credit card company?

Just got back from two weeks holiday and unfortunately next door missed the delivery. I've just been on the phone to the rather smug sales guy who told me it would be £8 to redeliver! Just read the comments on here and think it might be a lucky escape as long as I get a full refund.

Oh and they're now charging for p&p @ £7.99 as the free offer has expired

Did anyone order the touchscreen remotes mentioned earlier in this thread.

Have just returned home to find they have sent me two very cheap plastic remotes, not touchscreen, nothing like the picture on the website, totally different product. i emailed them and they want me to reparcel them and send them back to them with a letter and they will fix their error. Do I really have to pay the postage for their error. The remotes I should have are no longer in stock so don't know what is best to do - any ideas - thanks.

I must of spoken to the same arsey guy you did, what a !!!!!!. Just tell them to stick their photos and their illegal hi-fi up there smary hole! and tell them to pick it up from you. They will send you a UPS label, and UPS will pick it up from you and then refund you after a few days. No doubt the arsey guy will tell you that you have to be in between 7:30am and 9:00pm otherwise you may miss the pick up, at that point you need to tell him that a paypal dispute is going in if he does not get UPS to call during business hours like every other company can manage to do. He will eventually do that. Then sit back and thank the lord you will not have the missfortune to have to pass paths with the little idiot! ever again.

If he complains ask him what will happen if you cant get him good enough pictures and the UPS guy comes at 7:30am every day and they never manage to collect the item from you. He soon gets lost for words at that point.

Otherwise, put in a paypal dispute (your best bet, but you need to create an account by clicking the store details option before you can dispute the transaction) and then contact trading standards. Selling duff gear, high failure rates, contains mercury, wont refund, think scrap costs are higher than sending them out to people etc etc etc.

But they will pick it up eventually and refund you. In all my years shopping, about 9 years, on the internet I have never come across such a !!!!!! as that guy at that company. He wouldn't talk to me that way in person as he would get a slap. Condescending little idiot.

Can you tell this bunch of muppets annoyed me somewhat?

Again tell them to pick them up from you at their expense or you will dispute the transaction with paypal.
