We are only friendly with one neighbour in our street. We smile and say hello to the rest if they are out and you'd think we just sacrificed their first born in front of them. When it snowed, we decided to clear the WHOLE hill to allow everyone in the estate to get out. Everyone ignored us, no one offered a hand. Instead when we were halfway done they all jumped in their cars and almost ran us over trying to get up.

Really doesn't surprise me when people get bitter about selfishness of neighbours.
