    Today I have had

    1 emmi skinny latte

Chicken cooked with cajun spice and 30ml oj
On huge bed of lettuce and spring onions.

    Strawberries and grapes for later.

I have drunk a few glasses of water and am now on flavoured water which if I manage the whole bottle will be 38 cals.

Think today has gone ok even though I was going to start tomorrow.

Thanks savvy. Won't be doing cleaning stuff in A's tomorrow then. A stint on msm needed to find things to recyle my apg;)

Ok, so here goes for day 1..

    4 x black coffees
1 x tea with a smidge of milk
1 x can of diet coke
    1 x Ainsley Harriott cup a soup @ 96 cals
    2 x tomatoes
    100g of brocolli
    120g of cabbage

Surely I must lose some weight having only eaten all of the above??:D

However, it is possible that the half litre of vodka I've just enjoyed might spoil things??

I'll let you know in the morning..:D
:T:T well done Dumpy stick with it lad :T:T

and as for the vodka that I don't believe you had :rotfl: about 1000 calories plus the munchies another 2000 calories at least

Tomorrow morning you will all see the difference on those scales :D

Just don't go and take in an extra 1000 calories tomorrow as a well done present

Thanks all for the tips and the kind words. I'm motivated. Funk the crisps, I'm just going to drink water and see if I can nod off. I'll just have to dream of Patty and her bedroom smacks, the kinky !!!!!!! LOL.

Loved the Rick Stein cooking show. He is so underrated! He should have a show on every day. I love his style and he seems like such a nice chap to boot.

    Have a good one all.

Oh and Boots had loads of ladies haircare on clearance. I think it's down to 75% or 80% off. There was loads of Charles Worthington and various other brands, down like £1 and less. Have a look when you are next in. Cheers.
