Ok, so here goes for day 1..

    4 x black coffees
1 x tea with a smidge of milk
1 x can of diet coke
    1 x Ainsley Harriott cup a soup @ 96 cals
    2 x tomatoes
    100g of brocolli
    120g of cabbage

Surely I must lose some weight having only eaten all of the above??:D

However, it is possible that the half litre of vodka I've just enjoyed might spoil things??

I'll let you know in the morning..:D
Quoting you again because you are that interesting :p but when I think what I have shifted today just a normal day if you have not lost weight your air is laden with calories

Well done to all the 5:2ers :T:T Sounds like you're all off to a great start.

My diet not gone so well today :o I've been really hungry. Perhaps because I've been reading about food all day on here :p:rotfl: Not eaten rubbish, just too many little snacks.

We'll see what the scales say in the morning as it's my weigh day tomorrow. Think I'll be happy enough with staying the same this week after the last 2 days though. Must get back on it :D

Spent all evening so far on the phone having a good natter. Heard all about my one friend's birth then the other 2 girls both told me they are pregnant :D Due within 3 days of each other in January :D

No luck so far finding glitches but am tempted with some of the sale stuff on the body shop. Body butters were £13 (who would ever pay this ) now reduced to £3 and eye shimmers for £1.20. Plus free P&P if over £5 spend..... Know there'd be a glitch as soon as I've bought them though :p
♥ Worrying does not empty tomorrow of it's troubles.... it empties today of it's strength ♥

Thanks all for the tips and the kind words. I'm motivated. Funk the crisps, I'm just going to drink water and see if I can nod off. I'll just have to dream of Patty and her bedroom smacks, the kinky !!!!!!! LOL.

Loved the Rick Stein cooking show. He is so underrated! He should have a show on every day. I love his style and he seems like such a nice chap to boot.

    Have a good one all.

Oh and Boots had loads of ladies haircare on clearance. I think it's down to 75% or 80% off. There was loads of Charles Worthington and various other brands, down like £1 and less. Have a look when you are next in. Cheers.

5:2ers, just been on msm looking for jelly. Hartleys ready made low cal pots (less than 10 cals per pot) are 66p each in A's, and 6 4 £2 in T's. Handy if you don't have time to make up the other ones, (and an apg on them as a bonus:D)

    edit
Just been on msm and the Hartleys you make up yourself are 69p in A's and 2 4 £1 in T's, so another 38p+ each on your apg.:D
Sealed Pot Challenge No 9 516 target £250

No idea :A but well done :T

I did have a look earlier and it said winner to be announced within 7 days or something like that. I noticed a post from them on my FB today naming the winner of their 'free money Monday' £101. I didn't read it properly and thought it was the comp I entered :o my heart sank :o:o:rotfl:

Not been feeling too bad on the diet today, but now I'm starting to feel hungry, so guess the best option is to go to bed!!
