  • Ok, so here goes for day 1..

    4 x black coffees
1 x tea with a smidge of milk
1 x can of diet coke
    1 x Ainsley Harriott cup a soup @ 96 cals
    2 x tomatoes
    100g of brocolli
    120g of cabbage

Surely I must lose some weight having only eaten all of the above??:D

However, it is possible that the half litre of vodka I've just enjoyed might spoil things??

I'll let you know in the morning..:D

I got overcharged on some ciders at T's the other day when I had used the hand scanners, the women on CS started off saying they didn't do DTD anymore and then when I pointed out the board said I couldn't have it as I'd used self scan. An email to Mr T's CS later and I was given the DTD back as points on my card!

I pointed out to them I didn't realise that when I used the hand scanners I also had to check all of the prices for them!! :)

    Thanks.
I have emailed them. It is the first time I have ever found a dtd oppotunity and thought about buying some more and going through a different till but to be honest I was too tired to go round again.

Had to laugh at the tesco price promise advert just on channel 5. They had sprouts rolling about on the conveyor belt. Little do they know that some of us(lol) put about 3 sprouts on to make up the ten items. Bit of a misleading advert though as they were not any sprouts in my store yesterday sold unpackaged.

    Evening everyone.
Hiya zippy:wave: Hope you enjoyed your break.
    scamps, glad you're ok :D
EMMAP, congrats on the job. Don't forget, relax, smile, and breathe.:D
karlie, hello. nice to see you posting here, keep it up.:D
VT, thanks for the heads up.:D My other 2 locals, (up the motorway;)), well, the closest one had all full price sels and all the items scanned at full price. The other one had all the reduced sels, but only Vanish carpet and upholstery stain remover spray left.
I did manage a £10 pp on a targeted shop.
Got lots of whoopsied fruit and veg and some ready meals reduced, (the 342 kicked in):D, the baby bath that scans at 27p b2g1f, and used some coupons too.
I'm off to Sains tomorrow, with a couple of targeted shops planned to get bm's.
Anyone think it's worth trying A's for the cleaning stuff, with an extra 10% on the apg, so even cheaper than T's:p. I'll be going out early as I'm on nights tomorrow.
VT, you going to A's tomorrow? Coffee and a chat?
    Night all
