Thanks pal. I think my daily calorie intake for today has gone from a normal 2750 to about 600. Woo. Woo. Woo!
Well reading some of your posts I bet it was way above 2750 :D

See you have done it 600 calories :T it is doable so nothing to stop you doing it on your next skinny day ;)
and like people have said it will get easier as I am sure it is a shock to the system plus getting out of bad habits (crisps with me :o).
Plus all this calorie counting will rollover to the fat days where [STRIKE]you[/STRIKE] well I would think if I stuff my face with a big bag of doritos for instance after a couple of pasties I will need to be on this for an extra week type thing to hit my target weight :D
To me this is the perfect opportunity for any of the elite to lose weight all the support/recipes etc :T:T

Just tried to post a snippet from Tesco facebook page where I am having a running conversation about the 1p crackers but can't copy it over without bringing all of my facebook rubbish over as well.

    Will try again

:rotfl: I have done that before. Think positive, ditch the omlette idea and choose a diff option. Omelette for tea on your next fast day hun:)

How about a salad. do you have wholewheat pasta, and light phili? could boil pasta, drain, stir in phili and prawns or fish. tiny dollop of pesto... that's another yummy supper I thought up last wk for 5;2 days. I will make that on my next fast day I think :)

Too late, I ate the mushrooms anyway :rotfl:
Weird thing is today wasn't one of my fast days yet I've not really been that hungry. I wonder if this 5:2 thing changes the way you think about food? Or maybe it's just a temporary thing and I'll be back scoffing the biscuits by the end of the week :D
I do have some parioli pasta and yum cheese spread so may give your recipe a try anyway :) just need to get some fish :)

Quoting you again because you are that interesting :p but when I think what I have shifted today just a normal day if you have not lost weight your air is laden with calories

:rotfl: That is where I am going wrong, the air in my house and at work must be loaded with calories.

I can remember going to slimming world years ago with my sil (not the sharpest tack in the box) and she said that the reason she was not losing weight was because she had been breathing in icing sugar in the bakery factory she worked in. :p

Well done to all the 5:2ers :T:T Sounds like you're all off to a great start.

My diet not gone so well today :o I've been really hungry. Perhaps because I've been reading about food all day on here :p:rotfl: Not eaten rubbish, just too many little snacks.

We'll see what the scales say in the morning as it's my weigh day tomorrow. Think I'll be happy enough with staying the same this week after the last 2 days though. Must get back on it :D

Spent all evening so far on the phone having a good natter. Heard all about my one friend's birth then the other 2 girls both told me they are pregnant :D Due within 3 days of each other in January :D

No luck so far finding glitches but am tempted with some of the sale stuff on the body shop. Body butters were £13 (who would ever pay this ) now reduced to £3 and eye shimmers for £1.20. Plus free P&P if over £5 spend..... Know there'd be a glitch as soon as I've bought them though :p

You keep your strength up, you have special dispensation from teacher Flo to whatever the hell you want.;)
