    Wow. Well done you.

I am going to try 1 litre of water and then if I am still starving, have a chewing gum. :D

I'm already thinking of what I shall be eating tomorrow. ;)

Thank you fellow dieters. I shall keep strong and see how long I can do this for.

I think I must have lost 5 stones already as I didn't chomp on shed loads of crisps and drink loads of pop or have 2 lunches at work.

So what has everyone else eaten today? Any ideas on snacks before bedtime? I guess 6 packs of Walkers is out eh? Hahaha.

    Well done all.

I had a mug of tea in bed followed by a late breakfast at 10.30 am - half a slice of toast and a third of a tin of b/beans.

During the day I had 2 jellies and 10 grapes.

Tonight I had a 2 medium egg omelette with mshrooms cooked in water and a pinch of veg. stock powder. I cheated by eating 1 oven chip (testing to see if DH's chips were cooked) - I didn't mean to but it jumped into my mouth and I was too polite to spit it out.

I reckoned I had a few spare calories so have just had a cup of coffee with a little milk and sweeteners plus 2 rich tea biscuits @ 35 cals each.

I don't think I ca be far out on 500 calories.

I think I am up to 600 calories now. Hope I manage the next 5 hours with no food. Having said that I do have a killer headache and I feel it could be hunger related.

Really struggled at work where everyone was chucking pop and crisps down their greedy holes. They all MEGALOL'd at me when I told them about the 5:2 diet. Apparently I am skinny as it is. Wish I could see where I was skinny, all I see is generous parts all over!

Hope everyone else has managed OK. Not sure how I am going to manage another day like this again this week! Eeeeek.
Well done Mimi 1234! It does get easier, but maybe your headache could be due to dehydration, or possibly caffeine/sugar withdrawal if you are used to drinking lots of milky sweet tea/coffee or cokes or eating lots of sweets. Or it could be just your body adjusting to the diet though. It is a bit shocking! The first 2 weeks are the roughest. Drink lots of water! But,on a note of caution, if all your friends say you are already skinny, do have a look on a height/weight chart as to what weight you should aim at won't you? But I am sure as a frequent gym user you already know this! And don't forget that tomorrow everything you are stopping yourself from eating today will taste so delicious!

    Evening all

Caribean backwards. Plenty of dishwasher tablets left in my t's. Label £2 were scanning on hand scanner correctly but uploaded at £4. No dtd for me as used hand scanner but if you are passing plenty if you look up.
Probably still a dtd oppotunity as nothing was done about them.

I got overcharged on some ciders at T's the other day when I had used the hand scanners, the women on CS started off saying they didn't do DTD anymore and then when I pointed out the board said I couldn't have it as I'd used self scan. An email to Mr T's CS later and I was given the DTD back as points on my card!

I pointed out to them I didn't realise that when I used the hand scanners I also had to check all of the prices for them!! :)
