Sorry guys, zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz o'clock. Catch you all tomorrow..:)

Perhaps I could bring out a new list - may do its trick and send you to sleep!:D:rotfl:
Goodnight SFSB (still see you seem to be lurking and/or posting) - and I'll spare you all the list as I've none new to bring out (I'm getting tired myself now). I've slightly changed the current ones on here (no major updating of them though) and also - for those outside N.I. - (...broken record...:rotfl:) my Morries list is again now past its date. To be updated from Wednesday. Till then, use with care (I think the APG updates on Tuesday morning some time, so may still get away with the ones on the list tomorrow - no idea when the prices for T PP vs M are collected). ...

    Blah blah blah blah blah.;)

    Night night.:T:):)

Right all, to give myself a good start on me 5;2 day tomorrow:D I will get myself to bed, will read a little and sleep.

    Night all xx

Oh I nearly forgot; I listed my supper but not breaki- 2 options I have in mind, either, 1) I will have oats made up with half water, half semi skimmed milk(I am not buying red, just for 2 days a wk, it will go off, so I have decided to make my own version of red top by using half water with it:) )with a drizzle of manuka honey, and 1/4 apple chooped up into pieces.
    2) A 150g serving of natural fat free greek yogurt, 1/2 apple chopped up, pineapple cubes and grapes, drizzle of honey.

    cup of coffee.

then jelly and a couple of options from my snacks list as and when I feel hungry- which is on my inital 5;2 post. So that's me everyone:), do post and tell me what you are eating?

I may type extra slowly, or indeed may not have the energy to, at all :rotfl:
