Hoped it might help .. sorry about the tears bit. But hope the bits in bold helped too - bless you logie - good luck for next week.
It has helpedIt's reminded me that I'm doing as much as is possible even if I'm struggling.
I can look back on the chemo bit now and see I did pretty well in the circumstances. I had the occasional meltdown and the boys watched some TV but DH has only had 4 days off work to accompany me for scans/appts. We thought he'd have used all his annual leave by now helping me at home but I muddled through
Hopefully I'll soon be able to look back on the radiotherapy bit in the same way♥ Worrying does not empty tomorrow of it's troubles.... it empties today of it's strength ♥0 -

Fasting... I think it's part of an age old way of life embracing a broad school of cultures and religions. I think the Horizon programme is excellent as it combines the medical knowledge we have today with the real benefits of reduced calorie intake. Thanks FF for the link.
Hopefully it will become less of a diet and more a way of life.

Ah that was the 'beer' episode, probably the best one of all :rotfl:I think Melchetts comedy breasts were the best if memory serves

Reminds me of the time when I was in stirrups after DS (TMI alert, look away now) and the world and his wife kept coming into the room, I wondered if I was in the corridor at one point it was so busy. Mind you I didn't really care much. Anyway moving on:o
Imagine that scenario where the world and his wife are your colleagues :rotfl:
