Good morning everyone and good luck to anyone who is doing their 500 calories today, especially those doing it for the first time, it does get easier honest
I normally do a Tue and Thurs but busy this week so Mon Wed for me. Going on a school trip today so have made up a salad in the hope that the sun shines on us and got a lovely Italian style beef stew ready for tea (bbc good food website) 225 calories which i will have with some sweet potato wedges, nom nom, i actually think i eat better on fast days.
So good luck everyone onwards and downwardsweightwise.

Just got back from Sains after successfully returning the l'oreal cream :j
Lovely young guy on CS, no probs! My heart was beating fast and I reckon I blushed a bit. Ooops! Still, all fine. Thank you again fuzzgun and everyone else for helpful tips as always.
Couldn't find any emmi coffees as my local Sains is quite small so I thought I'd use the cussons coupon on a 'bump' bath soak that was now 87p. Also got a reduced kids meal for the foodbank thinking yay, I'll have some overage. SS till did not like my coupon and the girl on SS said I wasn't allowed to get the full £1 off. She took off 87p manually. So still good because I got it for free but a little bit annoyed I didn't get that 13p overage off of my other item.
What have your experiences been with Sains and overage? Should I have gone to a manned till?
I "bought" some hand sanitiser reduced to 40p - went through SS till and coupon scanned fine at £1 :j0 -
