Good morning Elite, cloudy here but dry at the moment.

Might try for the Anchor in T's. Not going anywhere near the toilet rim thingies - a plumber friend I have calls them plumbers friends because of the time he spends unblocking toilets blocked by tumbling rim blocks!

    Good morning
It's just started raining and DS1 is walking to school with no coat and only a t-shirt on, what it is to be young.

Good luck to all those 5:2ers, we are joining in, so we have had 1/4 cantaloupe melon for breakfast, taking another 1/4 for a mid morning snack.

    See you later :D

    Morning all

It's a grey and damp start to the day here :(

Had a free Escada perfume sample - it's absolutely lovely, hate to think how much it is to buy, better not look

Good to see Black Sabbath top of the charts :T:T

First fasting day today...got to go to Ts shortly as I've no veg/fruit/etc in. Saw a snack idea in one of the TCB fitness magazines for a turkey wrap but using an iceberg lettuce leaf instead of the wrap, sounded like a good idea :)

Do you think I could get away with doing the 0:7 diet, i.e. just not eating, ever?

Escada! I love every single one of their perfumes. My favourite one makes me smell like a passion fruit :D

re the iceberg lettuce. Those hearts of romaine lettuce leaves are also perfect for making wraps. They're a perfect size and the stay nice and crunchy
