Good Luck to all those on the diet. I prefer to lose any excess weight I might have by going to the gym. I m one of those people who needs food every few hours as I feel sick if I don't. Well that's my excuse anyway.:D

Bit of a strange one weather wise, dull but quite muggy..washing in, school run done...

Goog luck with the 5:2 for all those starting today...I have been inspired too so thankyou:T...as my jeans yesterday didn't fit as comfortable as they once did:eek:
I've decided that as evenings are my weakness when monkeys are in bed there will be no more fridge raiding for goodies and visits to the crisp cupboard every night of the week...I'm also going to find my fav fitness DVD...Mr Motivator...a bit cheesy but I like the change of routine and the energy he exudes so my goal is to complete it three times a week. Starting today with 1/2 hr, Wed with a little longer and so on...

Not caught up yet, will do so now while DS has his breakfast...fingers crossed for the cleaning bits and bobs in Ts:)
