What are the fasters intending to have for their suppers/dinners tomorrow evening? I can't make my mind up. Any inspiration?

Also, to the knowledgeable ones, is going to the gym on a fast day a bad idea?

Hi Logie - saw this yesterday and resonated with me and thought would do for you to. From a facebook page for young breast cancer sufferers - someone has written a poem. Background to it is that young mum's often beat themselves up as whilst they try and protect their kids from all problems. then after diagnosis they realise that they might be the bomb....and stress this adds. Anyhow lovely spot on poem - ...

No, I didn'tlet my children down
Full stop. End of. Big frown.
    Breast cancer came
    I don't know how
    But it wasn't my fault
    And I know that now.
    I'd let it in
    To my family
    Through my guard
    It got past me.
    My boys' lives changing
    They didn't know it
    Mummy was ill
    But she couldn't show it.
    I worked very hard
    Through nasty stuff
    To be there for them
    Just enough
    So I made their tea
And I took them to school
    And I told them off
    And I played the fool
    I made birthday cakes
And had their friends for tea
    I tried my best
    To be my normal me.
    And I got them through.
    And I'm still their mum
    And some times were hard
    But some times were fun
    And I saw sports day
    And I saw their birthdays
    Starting school
    And leaving nursery
    And I know I didn't
    Let them down at all
    I did my very best
    Through a perfect storm
And I'm proud I did it
    And grateful that I could
    But I still stay cautious
    And I still touch wood
    This is where I am
At this moment, on this day
And that is all I wanted
    To
    Say.

Wow, soooo sums up how I feel at the moment. Am sat here with tears streaming down my face. Thanks for sharing it :) I might have to print it and pop it on the fridge as I can see that the next few weeks will be tough again having to leave the boys every day.

I am just planning my supper too.
Making jelly shortly from my ww sachets. I will miss my mars bars:o but it's only a day, so it's fine (Dotty do watch the documentary, link in this post here http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/...postcount=8647)

The 5;2 is not only for weight loss but for general health too, the benefits are wonderful. You will see once you watch the Horizon docu:)

For me supper tomorrow- I think I'll go for a one egg omlette, with a veggi sausage sliced up and cooked into it as well as red onions and sliced mushrooms. I will have a dollop of low fat cottage cheese on the side or 1 new potato. and then 2 servings of orange sugar free jelly which I'm making up with grapes and pieces of pineapple in it:)
