Oh that looks brilliant! What a lucky little boy! Well worth all your hard work, and what a good idea having 2 size cakes in one. Were they different flavours too? You do realise that you have started your own tradition here too though? He is going to need a mum-made cake every year now!

Thank you. :o, I did 2 tiers as I was feeling brave but stuck to vanilla sponge as I know it's gonna please most people. I would love to do them every year but I dunno if my nerves can handle it :rotfl:

Can't you use a computer with any old email address?
e.g.anyone@anywhere.com
Failing that try uninstalling and then re-install the app.:)

Hi madmuppet, I hope you are well. that's what I do.After I have imputed 10 receipts I delete the app and re install it. This does work for me.
Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.

:D:D

My DS1 has just arrived home and informed that 'the' car ( my car that he's been merrily driving around in ) needs petrol
I asked him if he needed instructions on how to find his way round the petrol cap :D
:rotfl::rotfl: he just said '...I thought, no you're not going to pay for it, are you' :rotfl::rotfl:
I think the penny has just dropped that driving isn't free :D:rotfl:

I have never read up on diets so bare with me :o

But as far as I know 3500 calories = 1lb either putting on weight or losing it.

So if you eat loads extra on your 5 days the 2 days you don't eat much may not even cancel that out.

If you carry on eating the same amount on your 5 days and drop your intake down to 5-600 calories on 2 days you will lose weight ;) or at least stop putting it on as fast
Even better when you realise what 500 calories is you then can work out if on your 5 days you are having roughly 2000 for women 2500 for men or going over that and can lose more weight.

Dont forget you can speed it all up by doing extra exercise extreme wombling ;)
But the equation is not that simple with this diet. The fasting aspect has a big impact too. Watch some of Dr Michael Mosely's stuff on You tube for more info. There is a short radio interview on there with Steve Wright, or the original horizon programme is really good. Also you don't actually eat loads more on your non-fast days. Yes you can but just don't really want to once you have had the cake/choc/sandwich you couldn't on your fast day. So you do eat less over the week, and ....it works!!
I am not young enough to know everything.

good evening to all.

i've been wombling today but just recently i keep being told that i've reached my limit.

i have been testing out why this is and i think the receipts i have inputted into my phone.

i have lost quite a bit of money so far and i wanted to warn others.

i am pretty sure its the phone app. i imputted a receipt that i had not put into my phone app and was able to print.

i will keep testing and wombling. I've been using android by the way.

i am very gutted as have lost 7.50 today alone:(
Safest bet is always use a pc or laptop and using any browser. go to http://www.asdapriceguarantee.co.uk/Compare-Prices/ASDA-receipt.aspx.

Now for the important bit..

Change your email address every time, e.g.

1 - I'vegotalovelypairofmoobs@liftyertshirt.com
2 - Doesmybumlookbiginthis@ohnoitdoesn't.co.uk
3 - Doesdottywaffletoomuch@whatachatterbox.co.uk
4 - DoweallthinkthatDiMhasissues@psychologicalmaniac.com
5 - HowlovelyisSFSB@goodnessmehe'ssuchacutie.co.uk

If you do this you will never have any problems, especially if you use option 5..:D:D

Last chance to fill your holes with naughty things. 3 hours to go before the 5:2 begins. Don't forget to weigh yourselves if you haven't already.

I think it's going to be a slice of brown toast for me tomorrow morning followed by a selection of peppermint tea, fennel tea and pomegranate tea until it's time to go home from work. Hope I don't crack! :o

:eek: fill my hole with naughty things.
Oohhhh matron :D:rotfl:
Surely not, isn't that what vets do to animals who aren't very well?;) Should I be calling someone in the emergency services?:p

Lol, nah no need.
Not today anyway :D

Bubbs and morgy- thank you my lovelies :) x

Hello Vanilla Twist - just wanted to ask how your Mum getting on with her new clothes? I've not been on for 4 days as family visiting, and week before caught up - but not posted.

But I did read about your planned trip to Debenhams and I held my breath and hoped your shopper was as good as the one I had seen - so glad to see that she was happy with her session.:) It is a tonic. Thanks for the thanks :T glad my post helped someone.

Anyhow sending hugs .... " you are not alone", cue MJ song......:A:)

Thank you so much morgy9 mum had a great time.
Typical of her age group she will not wear them before her holiday. Was worried she would take back the jacket that matches her linen trousers but now stepdad has bought mens suit similar she will be keeping it.
Once holiday is over, they are meeting stepdads brother and his wife who are over from australia doing spain for 3 months but not coming to uk, have seen photos of step uncles trip so far and mums clothing will fit in perfectly.

Its strange because of course as as australians they are in autumn wear as weather in europe not that great.

Shopping experience was a great success and mum says it is my turn next:T
She likes the idea of a personal shopper to do her xmas shopping but knows it is far cheaper to let me:rotfl:

Thanks for hugs, cheered myself up watching kirsties homemade house.
