I have never read up on diets so bare with me

But as far as I know 3500 calories = 1lb either putting on weight or losing it.

So if you eat loads extra on your 5 days the 2 days you don't eat much may not even cancel that out. :eek:

If you carry on eating the same amount on your 5 days and drop your intake down to 5-600 calories on 2 days you will lose weight or at least stop putting it on as fast
Even better when you realise what 500 calories is you then can work out if on your 5 days you are having roughly 2000 for women 2500 for men or going over that and can lose more weight.

Dont forget you can speed it all up by doing extra exercise extreme wombling

i've been wombling today but just recently i keep being told that i've reached my limit.

i have been testing out why this is and i think the receipts i have inputted into my phone.

i have lost quite a bit of money so far and i wanted to warn others.

i am pretty sure its the phone app. i imputted a receipt that i had not put into my phone app and was able to print.


i will keep testing and wombling. I've been using android by the way.

i am very gutted as have lost 7.50 today alone:(:mad:

I have had the same thing on my android phone :mad:. Got over £10 worth today. Surely we can print them out on the 1st of the month though and still use them?

Can't you use a computer with any old email address?
e.g.anyone@anywhere.com
Failing that try uninstalling and then re-install the app.:)
