What did the council say when you contacted them?

You have contacted them haven't you?
That was the advice you got from Tesco when you reported the issue, wasn't it?

Oh, and by the way... there is no consumer rights issue here.
You have posted this on the wrong board.
It should be on Praise, Vent & Warnings.

oh thanks, you sarcastic piece of ****

I received the email today and i shall contact the council later today. because I care. unlike the corporation.

I don't personally see the need for hatred towards other posters. If you can give the post-code of the supermarket then people can look at the over-head view on sites such as Google Earth and work out possibly what is going on. It could be planning permission problems, or any other manner of things, it's highly unlikely to be the case that it's because Tesco want people to be run over.

I think you have been looking at this from the wrong angle , clearly the hazard is in fact the traffic . Remove all vehicles from the road , problem solved

    ^^ Details please, OP :)
"Part P" is not, and has never been, an accredited electrical qualification. It is a Building Regulation. No one can be "Part P qualified."

    That was at 4:52pm.
I imagine trying to get someone at the council to listen to her at this time on a Friday might be a little difficult. ;)

You dont waste so much time taking photos of an unofficial path to be on the wind up. To much time on ones hands to be bothered by this me thinks.
