No wonder this country has such a mad thing about elf n safety if people such as the op can go round with a camera pointing it at bits of land where there is a high kerb. GET A GRIP ALL YOU HEALTH AND SAFETY DRONES!0

The OP may be away for a while.

That was at 4:52pm.
I imagine trying to get someone at the council to listen to her at this time on a Friday might be a little difficult.
I am sure that the OP is able to provide the location of the Tesco store without having to wait to ask the council (Friday or otherwise)"Part P" is not, and has never been, an accredited electrical qualification. It is a Building Regulation. No one can be "Part P qualified."

It's the internet - it's not real!0 -
You dont waste so much time taking photos of an unofficial path to be on the wind up. To much time on ones hands to be bothered by this me thinks.
Never say never. One of my mates once spent days setting up a wind up for me.......only for me to see right through it in 5 seconds :rotfl:
He was gutted, especially as it took him 4 hours to undo everything!

i tell you what, lets just wait for flowers to be laid on the side of the road. and then lets fix it.
o.k?
You cant idiot proof the world
Yes we should have a duty of care to each other. But the duty of care someone else has for me/my safety/health should not be greater than my duty for myself/my safety/health.
Its not like cars are an unusual/rare risk when crossing a road. Anyone who isnt aware of the dangers of crossing a road should probably not be allowed out unless accompanied by a competent adult.
If you think that crossing is dangerous, you should see one of the crossings near here. Its a pavement/road/pavement one though (not just shortcut) over the slip road of a motorway. You cant cross at the other side as theres a slip road there too. All the surrounding roads are NSL so you often feel like you're playing frogger with you as the title role. :rotfl:You keep using that word.
