Well done Sunday - goodness she does look content. Will you find homes for the kittens when they are ready to wean?
I do occasionally use Roundup on the paths & should have used some on a patch of docks. But I did live on a farm where they would spray spray spray. Even spray set aside - which kinda defeated the reason for it.
Dullish here - so much to do it's where to start. Been listing a load of stuff on the Bay so my eyes are all sore - late night staring at a screen.0 -
i always have a horror of slug pellets... many moons ago,in my yoof, i had a pony on loan [before i got my own] and someone fed him what looked like small pony nuts and it killed him :( they were from an allotment bordering the fields... in those days they were not necesarily BLUE !! i am worried birds etc will eat em and die
same with rat bait , needed but always aware of the knock on effect of birds of prey/cats/others eating the "eater"..... well i have 4 kits so far,
:D

thought of names yet Alfie??
you could name them after puddings/deserts...( as they are so sweet )
or things you would associate with Fridays..( as they were born on a Friday)Work to live= not live to work0 -

Tree landed. Not the best angle for the tree, but I am not turning it for a photo I'm afraid!0 -
If I was nearer I would try & cadge a couple of those kits Alfie as I do miss not having any pushy cats about. I also miss the hens - I certainly miss the eggs.
Just fell in the burn at the side of the caravan - saw bones getting washed down. fell on a slippery rock. I think it's a small wild goat going by the skull. It's been quite a deluge this past few days so it must have washed down off the hill.
OH's just arrived back, so lunch time.
That's some tree LIR - Is this your Olive? My goodness that'll be heavy.0 -
Gosh, small goats getting washed down.
.
Yes choille. That's it. Not sure how we'll move it. Its on the wrong side of the house entirely of course, lol, but its out of sight of the road, which, till we are ready for it, seems sensible.
When we went to see it there was a cat there, one of the things we liked about this tree was the cat liked it and showed us all the good places for cats to drape themselves in it. We thought pink whistley and mauve squeaker and maybe the farm and feral cats might also enjoy it.0
