Booked to see the architect on Wednesday. He was 'rather surprised' we'd re-thought the last plan, but I don't suppose he cares, as it was hardly 'Grand Designs in the first place.:p
Meanwhile, DD1 has been putting her parents to shame, having ripped-out the bathroom, stripped the walls and got the guttering sorted in her first week. She has a plasterer, an electrician and a plumber all ready to go, and 3 more weeks before they move in....
Went to see the kittens today. They look more like Mogwai than ever, but we can't call both of them Gizmo! :rotfl:0 -

Gorgeous isn't it?
Siigh, that and your triumphant arch. We have two slightly uneven height sticks with a gate propped up against them ATM. ( wd40 being applied to gate hinge weekly so we can knock it out, get it working or fix new ones and hang the gate. but it aint't shifting
We're also trying to collect wine bottles for edging. In a household where I don't drink, so DH barely drinks and the resident parent is pretending doesn't drink, so we have three so far. :rotfl:0 -

Just wondering about the cost, must be easily in the £15,000 to £20,000 range with the hard landscaping, building, the seat around the tree and all the plants.
Anyhow, my garden is now full to bursting with plants, no space for anything else. However, there's loads of plants coming on in the coldframe so this is a problem...I am going to ask the neighbours if I can 'overspill' into the border that separates our front drives.:D0 -
I only have today's dramatic skies.....:o
and kittens......!!!!0
