And I thought it was just us, with the same address as a house down the lane, only resolved last month with an address change.:D
Devon also has two places called Woolfardisworthy. You'd have thought one was quite enough! :rotfl:0 -

Great excitement this morning! :j
A council van drew up and two men with bits of surveying equipment hopped out and began studying the huge puddle in the road which forms every time it rains. There's no drain, so it has to either evaporate, or be swooshed over our front hedge and garden. At this time of year, swooshing is favourite and the garden's awash.
I am not sure which of three options will be chosen to cure the problem, but I had all of them explained to me, together with the pros and cons of each.
It probably goes without saying that the one detail missing was when anything might actually happen! :wall:0 -

So sorry to read that, though you will know as well as anyone here that there are times when a decision like that is unavoidable, despite the pain of making it.
Although we never met, Mabel will continue to live in my memory for a long time, and I'm sure that in yours she'll be there forever. :A0 -

Oh  I hadn't realised Mabel was that poorly. She seemed to be quite mobile - going walkabout. So sorry to hear the sad news, alfie.0
