    Because what someone knows may not be correct.

    If the OP knew then there would be no need to post in which case you need not have replied to a non-existent post.

    To be fair, I may have the details to hand, but wasn't confident that I understood enough about what they meant to make a judgement - hence my asking for advice, all of which I very much appreciate :)

    My advice was not to waste your time with the Crucial Tool. ;)

    You've gone beyond that.... :D

    The cogent point here is that the OP had the exact information in her hand. The Crucial Tool provides recommendations and is sometimes wrong.

    The OP was not confident that they were right otherwise they would not have asked the question.
