I am seriously thinking this thread was a wind up. So have removed my other comment. If it's not a wind up, you definately have a few issues regarding anxiety.:starmod: I am not that savage :heartpuls But I am a Vixen :staradmin0

Seriously, if you are that worried stay at home.
And when I say at home, I mean never leave the house.Early retired - 18th December 2014

Because the kids would probably drown in the floods.0 -

Seeing blonde kids in Turkish resorts is not at all unusual, and no-one there will give them a second glance.
I know, I get that and totally agree with you.
But if theyre so anxious about the destination they should probably go elsewhere where they feel safer.
I'd have no issues taking blonde littleunns to Turkey, I'm aware theres not kiddy snatchers on every corner
Like I say I have travelled a lot been to many south east Asian countries, south America, Russia, Israel by myself and had no bother.
People always worry about me when I tell them where I'm next off to (oh it's dangerous there etcetc they say) but I feel people miss out on so much as what they've read in the papers scare them0 -
N cos I'm always rubbish at getting to the point, what I meant was the parents should pick a place where they wont feel so anxious and hopefully the children can enjoy their holiday and be able to go play on their own etc0

That company also offers in room babysitting (at a cost).
I'd suggest the OP starts with a less ambitious holiday-I'd suggest Northern Majorca or Menorca -or talks to Turkish people living over here about their concerns (tactfully).
My sister in law is Turkish .... and from my own experience of her and her family AND several Turkish holidays I do think the OP is over-reacting but as a travel agent in the past I do realize people do have some odd misconceptions and if he can't get past them it'd be stupid to go to Turkey.
OP do you worry about your children been abducted over here ? There's probably MORE foreigners in most British towns than in the average Turkish resort.....so is your fear of Turkey, foreigners in general- or of abduction in general ?I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole
MSE Florida wedding .....no problem0
