If buyer doesn't pay by next Tuesday am I allowed to re-invoice with new postage cost? Many of my items are very low cost between £1-£2 so paying extra £1.20 will mean I'll be out of pocket.0

According to Facebook they categorically denied any rumours of a price increase less than 4 weeks ago.If buyer doesn't pay by next Tuesday am I allowed to re-invoice with new postage cost? Many of my items are very low cost between £1-£2 so paying extra £1.20 will mean I'll be out of pocket.
Nope, that's the problem- you can try but they can refuse and complain to ebay.
I've got stuff ending on or after the price increase- 3 have bids already so I am already out of pocket.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. As far as the price rise goes it must have been on the cards for a while. They're paying peanuts for drivers to deliver parcels it can't be that sustainable.
It's possibly only a matter of time before one of the smaller couriers goes bust leaving a few days of undelivered parcels and then they'll all put their prices up even higher:(.0 -

Me, too - only a few items, but it's still a pain. Weird day/date for a price increase, Tues 18th - just seems very arbitrary, doesn't it? Not the beginning of a week or month, not seven days' notice, just very random.0 -

It sounds like a knee jerk reaction. Would love to be a fly on the wall at Hermes and find out what is really going on.Warning: any unnecessary disclaimers appearing under my posts do not bear any connection with reality, either intended, accidental or otherwise. Certainly better than Yodel, from whom, this week, I had another parcel signed for at my address that never came anywhere near..0 -
So I take it 0-1 kg parcels (now in 0-2 kg) have gone up from £3 for shop drop-off to £4.20? Plus the £1.02 for a signature that I pay (not sure if this has gone up too?), makes it £5.22 for a 0-2 kg parcel?
Been struggling to sell cheaper, large but light items since RM put their prices up and I reverted to My Hermes prices, going to be even worse now. Great!0 -

Yes I know now! Its over £150.0 -
Will the price increases mean that the people who actually deliver the packages in their family cars receive more money for doing so?0
