I keep mine in the fridge on egg box it says to retain freshness keep refridgerated.I keep most things in fridge including pickled onions.0

It's going to be in my belly at about 9 tonight, I have a bacon & egg sarnie for my meal.I hate migraines.0

For day to day use fridge or not is purely preference.
However, I would recommend anyone doing any serious baking to keep them at room temperature. Cold eggs is one of the main reasons for humped cakes and flopped soufflee!
I keep mine in the fridge (but take how many out I need if I am baking) because OH is a klutz and managed to wipe out a full tray of 30 when he was attempting to make a sandwich!!!0 -
