I bet they wouldnt. Moneysaving is fine but with cheap meats that are pre packaged like things such as this I always look at what has gone in to them. I dread to think of it sometimes.Dont rock the boat

Whats unhealthy about eggs, beans, tomatoes, toast, you don't have to order the sausage if you're fussy. Eggs are eggs. How does a cheap egg taste different from an expensive egg ?0

You could probably do that cheaper at home then though so whats the point? Also would you not be worried about where the egss have come from also? The conditions they are kept in and the feed that they are given , you know to make their eggs bigger in size so it looks like youre getting better value.
Honestly are some of you that naive about your food products that the only thing that matters is the bottom line price?Dont rock the boat

I've never worried about where my eggs come from. Sometimes i buy them, sometimes i get them from a friend who keeps chickens. Can't say i noticed a difference in taste really.
Yes, i could make my own breakfast but the point in eating it somewhere else is just that, not making it myself. Every time you eat out, wherever it is, you can make the same meal for less yourself.
Last week i ate at a hotel, i ordered a sirloin steak, it was £25, was it worth it ? No not really, but it was a treat and i really enjoyed it. But i would also really enjoy a fry up for a quid !
This is a moneysaving site, for some posters, the bottom line price is ALL that matters.0 -

Perhaps you wouldn't notice the difference in taste but are you really not bothered what conditions the hens are kept in? I'd rather do without than eat battery farmed eggs.
And before anyone says it, I know there will be times when I unknowingly eat battery farmed eggs. It's almost unavoidable, without becoming vegan. But given the choice, I wouldn't choose to eat a battery farmed egg.0 -

You'll find the article with all the info in the DailyMail online, I found this on hotdeals uk. It goes pretty much like this:
Forget Poundland... now there's Poundcafe! Hundreds of customers flood new eatery in one of Britain's most deprived areas to get a fry-up for just £1
Sit-down cafe in Kirkby, Merseyside, is the first in Britain to offer a £1 fry-up
Its four-item £1 breakfast menu has a choice of egg, bacon, sausage, hash brown, baked beans and tomatoes
Poundcafe was an instant hit with 300 customers on its first day of trading

Ok, it's not 'healthy' but come on, great idea
They are certainly an up & coming company.
I'm quite partial to their bavarian slices & carrot cake in their Pound Bakery!
Some lovely confectionery for a quid. Giving Greggs a run for their money in the town where i live.
Very healthy competition!
Hopefully a Pound Cafe will be in the pipeline very soon!0 -

Are the Bavarian Slices as good as Greggs ?0
