Woke up this morning, checked online banking/emails and saw that £22.02 had gone in from music magpie and that my BT bill was ready to view online. I was convinced we had gone over our broadband allowance this month (I blame all the money saving/surveys etc
) but it appears we just made it. I had put an extra £5 to one side to cover it, but don't need it now so that's another £27.02 made this month
Completed some surveys this morning. Hoping that I'll be able to cash some in by the end of this month, say £20 or something.
Received an e-mail from ebay saying that my account had been suspended and I had to verify my registration details and I wasn't allowed to access my ebay account at all. The e-mail looked as if it had come from ebay but I was suspicious, so logged into ebay and everything looked normal. Nothing in my inbox messages there so I have emailed ebay to ask. I bet it's a hoax trying to get my bank details or something.
I've just found my way back into bed. Didn't get to sleep until almost 3 this morning, and have been up since before 7 and my pregnant body doesn't cope well with lack of sleep!!
Plan for today:
1. Sort through books to sell,
2. Baking day - Going to make some more cereal bars and maybe some cakes.
3. Complete some more surveys.
4. Relax and enjoy my maternity leave!!SCS Carpets 0% finance: [STRIKE]£1331.84[/STRIKE] £132.90

Dh just sold an old sign for £45 and is paying that into the bank with the £10 we won yesterday. That's another £55 on our savings. I spent the rest of the morning asleep so that means 0 spend so far
Right, off to make some cereal bars so at least it looks as if I've done something today :rotfl:SCS Carpets 0% finance: [STRIKE]£1331.84[/STRIKE] £132.90

Nsd yesterday
going for another today.
Baked 2 different types of cereal bars yesterday and made a blueberry loaf cake. Might bake some more today, or clean house as it really could do with it
Did another survey last night (think it must have been the most boring one I've done!). Takes up to 6 weeks for points earned to show though.SCS Carpets 0% finance: [STRIKE]£1331.84[/STRIKE] £132.90

We're team yellow. Everyone is guessing we're having a girl but we really don't mind! I'm so excited
the 20 week scan is an exciting one. You get to spend loads of time looking at baby while the sonographer does her job! The 6 weeks will soon go!
Yay for the interest free cc. That will save you loads of money, even with the fees. XSCS Carpets 0% finance: [STRIKE]£1331.84[/STRIKE] £132.90

Not so much debt busting yesterday. Cleaned the whole house but didnt go out so a nsd. That's 2 in a row. Going to try and make it 3 today. Made a grocery shopping list or the weekend. Thought we would only need fruit/veg so our £10 budget would be easy, but then found we will need toilet paper, toilet cleaner and washing up liquid - the expensive items. I really don't like the cheaper toilet paper (I know, I'm a snob!!) but also like to get bigger packs as it's cheaper in the long term. Did a pretend online shop to get an idea of whether we would manage under £10 and we're coming in at £8.72
That includes velvet toilet paper (9)
Washing up liquid
Toilet cleaner
10 bananas
2 packs apples
Jacket potatoes.
At the end of the month, every penny we have left over from our £120 goes into a money box to go towards Christmas food and drink shop. Even if we only have £10 by Christmas it will be a crate of beer or 3 bottles of vino (after a pregnant Christmas I'm looking forward to a couple of drinks this year)

I always buy my loo roll when it's on offer in l1dl, cush3lle
I normally buy 2-3 big packs which last several months and are hidden in the wardrobe.

They were £6.50 when I first started to buy them and it was for 24 loo rolls, but I think it's now up to about £7.50 for 24. Still a good offer when it does come around though. I kicked myself when we ran out of baked beans once, I stockpile beans, olive oil & loo roll. I ended up paying £2.50 instead of 99p for 4 :eek:Diary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance:

Thank you. Will keep a look out for when they're on offer.
Not a nsd! Just ordered an anniversary gift for dh. It's our first wedding anniversary around a week after baby is due. Went through quidco so will be getting some cashback.SCS Carpets 0% finance: [STRIKE]£1331.84[/STRIKE] £132.90
