So, lots of hearsay, an ambulance which could well be a coincidence and a person with Mental Health issues who could well be tipped over the edge by OP and others campaign against them.

I suspect that most of this is a lot of gossip unless the OP can provide some evidence that the woman concerned is actually harassing his wife, and imagine the school would take the same view.

Probably started with someone spreading some gossip about the woman, woman has a go at said person, person then spreads more gossip and claims harassment.

Probably made worst today when your wife goes in and says to all her friends guess what x did yesterday and tells the ambulance story (for which you have no proof it was her).

Unless you have concrete evidence, it sounds more like you and a group of friends harassing her if you go marching down the school.

OP, to answer the original question, no I would not want someone like that working in a school. What makes it worse is that they seem the vindictive nasty bullying type as well. A bl**dy bad combination in any workplace, let alone a school.
