What a shame! Avocado sandwiches are lovely, though, so it's not a complete disaster.Back after a very long break!0

When making pizzas yesterday, I have now discovered the children opened both packets of mozzarella cheese although they only ended up using one lot on their pizzas.
The second packet of mozzarella now has no liquid in it, so can it still be stored in the fridge please? If so, how long for? Or would it be better to use it up, if so ideas would be welcome!!!
Thanks.0 -

i always freeze it. then when i want to use it , get it out about an hour before use and it is excellent for grating. makes the cheese go so much further.0
