It's almost laughable at their attempts to cover their tracks via their website.
In their rush to fix in the website they have left one massive error that points at a deliberate attempt to make out the small message was missed.
10/10 for effort though. :THere to learn and pass on my experiences.

As a result of my complaints they have now agreed to add 2x15kg bags to the booking at no extra cost.Here to learn and pass on my experiences.
