The flights were cheaper today via btb than Ryanair. However Ryanair took the lead when it came to adding the hotel 9via their hotel section) and resort transfers.

Both were equal on baggage at £50 per 20kg bag. Though BTB still don't give you this option online or make reference to it.

My mistake, I forgot to add taxes etc to the BTB figure. So they are now both equal.

Just noticed BTB have now added the option to add baggage onto that particular flight. This wasn't there earlier when I did the first comparision before now rechecking figures.

Heck that was fast of them, it's rare to find a company that responds that fast to a complaint, even on a Sunday.

Crafty as I e-mailed my complaint last night, and mentioned I will ring Monday morning (as the customer support is not open today). So I bet they will argue it was always there.

Anyway now it's available I can see their prices per bag.

    £30 per 15kg
    £50 per 20kg.

So if tomorrows calls prove unhelpful they have the option of taking one 20kg at £50, or 2 x 15kg at £60 total.

Though that doesn't change the fact they mis-led my parents a few days ago.

But is another option on the table so to speak.

Hope they have a good holiday.

The simple rule is... If you are not 100% sure, check first.

I do sympathise with you as some people are just not quite as experienced as others in such cases but you must never assume something is included if it isn't stated as included.

OK something weird is going on with the BTB website. The baggage option has disappeared again.

Ideal in a way as it now means I can take a screenshot of the same booking etc, as of right now.

They state anything that is not shown as an obvious optional extra is included in the quoted price. The only area not included is food, as not all airlines provide in flight meals.

Obviously all aircraft have a hold for luggage. :D

    Are those prices each way?
