Sortofok Comes Clean

One thing worse than someone's moral outrage is that persons moral outrage of which they admit that they have not even bothered to read anything about the subject that they are morally outraged by.
Let me hazard a guess, Daily Mail reader?
Teacher, Premiership footballer or Market trader?
Who knows, do you care that much?
I'm not outraged just concerned (especially as the OP claims to be a teacher). I'm sorry if you read my post that way but it wasn't intended.
I was commenting on this thread and stating that I hadn't read most of the others to put my comment in context. It's never possible to have all the facts but that should not stop you from having an opinion or presenting a possible view.
>> Let me hazard a guess, Daily Mail reader?
Sure I read the daily mail - also about 10 other papers most days.
>> Teacher, Premiership footballer or Market trader?
Not even close
I fail to see your point anyway - would a profession or newspaper readership make any difference to the validity of my post.
Or is this just another persona of the OP - seems to the be the sort of thing that others are suggesting.0 -

You had a lot of strong words for sortofok, surely it would be best to read about what concerns you first, then pass comment/judgement.
Sometimes it is not possible to have all the facts, but in this case the facts are easily obtainable by searching his post history.
My point about Teacher, Premiership footballer etc was not about you, but you questioned whether sortofok was a teacher.
We are all products of what we read, see, do etc, as such, it is possible to read something into your outburst and your choice of newspaper.
I have not seen anyone suggest that I am another persona of the OP, could you point me in that direction, or did you read it in the Daily Mail?Well life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.0 -
There's no wonder kids are so thick.
Take this drivel to the Moneysavers Arms PLEASE.
If sortofok (anagram) is a teacher, I'm Gordon Brown. Either that or he really ought to find a new job where he won't have influence on future generations.
Now to find the ignore button. EDIT: Found it.
f o tosr ok.

Why reply to a thread that you wish would go away?Well life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.0

In that case I appologise to sortofok - I didn't mean to suggest I was outraged or to be offensive (if that's what you mean by strong words).
I don't see what bearing a newspaper would have on this thread nor that it matters where views come from so I think it best to ignore that premise.
I misunderstood you about the professions - wasn't clear to me you were talking about the OP. The concern about him being a teacher is that he is teaching impressionable children - and he has stated that he is a teacher.
You seem to think newspaper readership matters but profession doesn't - I would have thought one's profession would have more affect.
>> I have not seen anyone suggest that I am another persona of the OP
No - but that the OP has other personas which he uses to post. I didn't see much connection between my post and your reply which is why I suggested the possibility. Again I appologise if the suggestion has offended you.0
