I really suffered with this when I was going through the menopause
and tried everything,Bicarb really worked for me but as you say you only need a very small amount. Some people make a paste of it an use it like that. I used it dry, just a cotton wool ball dipped in it
and pat it on, If you google using Bicarb as an anti-persperant there is lots of information.Slimming World at target0 -

Just found this - have to say never heard this saying before!!!
When to pick
Blackberries are normally at their best at the end of August to September. Legend has it any picked after the end of this month are best avoided as the devil is said to have peed on them. We're not sure this is true but by October the damp weather will have certainly soiled many crops.
Thats it thank you, I was sure it was around now but where I normally go they are not ripe and some are just flowers.
Always makes me miffed when I see all the plants along the lane at the back of my bungalow, that I would never pick, not bothered about the Devil :rotfl: but am put off by the number of dogs I see
cocking their leg up.Slimming World at target0 -
Did a top up shop this week as I'm off to visit the parentals over the bank holiday so only needed food until Friday.
The plan is to eat from the freezer, as I have about 10 home made "ready meals" stacked away. So I stocked up on salad, some veggies and a bag of popcorn as a weekend treat
