I started to list all the food I have in but gave up and it was just to much and I discovered a lot of stuff I had forgotten about. QUOTE]
don't worry about it there were 3-4 comments that my list was the longest they had seen which I am still working out as to whether that's a good thing or not.
NSD today and for lunch we had some pork and apple sauce left over from yesterday served with veg & potatoes. HM Chocolate and orange mousse for afters.
MARCH £62.38/2500 -
I spent £5.96 in M*rrisons and £2.50 in Ald*. Mainly on nothing. Least it seems that way lol. M's was a lunch, some sausage rolls for OH and then a few other bits.
Think I'm gonna make cheesy lentil wedges tomorrow, I've got a bag of lentils in the cupboard staring at me. Just need to check if I need any more ingredients.

I have just written out the dinner menu for the next 21 days. Most of it HM meals in the freezer already. Other meals - I have a lot of the ingredients in stock.

Just made my menu plan and shopping list for this coming week. I have been cooking for 23 years, but sitting down and write a menu plan for a week is quite hard, I find, lol Trying to think what we have going on and if we need quick and easy dishes etc.
I need to visit different supermarkets at opposite sides of the town, so going to Sainsbury's tonight to get the things I want there and maybe Asda/Tesco/Lidl/butchers tomorrow. Should be quite fast with a list, right?

I dried the potatoes and put them in a polythene bag with some
So Crispy lemon and herb chicken mix, shook them up and sprayed with fry light. Then I cooked them with the gammon in the Halogen over for 20 mins. Was really pleased how they turned out.
Thank you.
I adapted yours by drying & then tossing in a bowl with olive oil, lemon juice, mixed herbs & breadcrumbs. Didn't turn out too bad!2017 GC O-£93.46/£160; S-£136.26/£160; A-£130.55/£160; J-£47.12/£160;
