Got some toilet rolls, lemonade, orange juice + mushrooms today - spent £2.60
We had HM TITH + roast potatoes + roasted beetroot/red onions/tomatoes for dinner.
While I cooked dinner - made some Lemon/Sultana Muffins. I had half a lemon left from cooking fish yesterday + small amount of Sultanas in the cupboard.
Result - 12 Muffins - made with 2 ounces of the 90p Butter from the Lid. offer. Cost per Muffin - 7p.
