Made it,day 10 of NSP and 50.00 in second purse.

Only 15 days left to cater for as out for 5. I can do this from stocks with just a few things on shopping list. Must get some fresh milk so I can use up some boxes of cereal, bought for DGS but he stopped eating it.

Almost have a free drawer in freezer and an almost empty cupboard,
well nothing fell out on me when I opened it.:rotfl:

So guilty of that i try and open door from around the side now just in case

I can't get any on prescription as the kids are gf as it helps them manage some of their autistic behaviour, it's amazing how much harder it is for them when they've had even a tiny bit of gluten.
pancakes work well though so you could make savoury ones and sweet,
also muffins do well have to say i use the self raising flour for all my oh's baking i make scones and muffins too ,however the problem is storage find the stuff doesnt keep

£59.43 spent this week. Got out of work early today and have chilli, a beef curry and a bolognese on to batch cook as my freezer stocks were empty from defrosting the day before going on hols. Also have a separate dinner for tonight and tomorrow night from the batch cooking plus salmon, chicken and sausages in the freezer. I've worked out from what I've got, I've enough for 12 nights of dinners for hubby and I! Just have to watch my tendancy to call into the corner shop on the way home from work for wee treats and this should be a good month!! Fingers crossed.

Very productive i can not do batch cooking now. No room in the freezers lol

Congratulations on the first you clever thing. :T

Went to mr t tonight and bought meat for the first time this month as we have only got chicken and fish in the frreezer. 2 pork chops, 4 burgers, 6 GF sausages later and my total was £40.55 including a new fancy can opener and a new washing line.

I also spent £4.50:eek: on 4 burgers in M&S who, though not cheap, can always be relied upon to supply GF meat products:T

Bit disappointed this week as we have deviated from the meal plan with my birthday lunch and a chippy tea DH wanted so a bit of salad has been wasted and I have a large tub of double cream that is past it's date so needs using ASAP. Bearing in mind I would normally spend in a top up shop what I have spent tonight I am doing much better than recently.

I also topped up the wine rack as mr t have 25% off 6+ bottles offer on but that is out of a separate budget.

I am planning a cooking fest this weekend with banana muffins, raspberry muffins, crust less quiche, rice salad and a couple of loaves in the bread maker to slice and freeze for later on.
    Save £10,500 - £2673.77 - 25.5%
    Pay off £7000 - £1743 - 19.4%
    Make £2021 extra income - £99.75
