If these don't work I'll give it a try
The shop ones annoyingly contain gluten :mad:0 -

We had HM Shepherd's Pie + Carrots/Onion + LO Baked Beans for dinner.
I made some muffins while I had the oven on. This week I bought a bag of the odd shape carrots - 1.5kg Sainsbugs - 95p
First time using this recipe - very different to my usual Muffin recipe. In the interests of readers - I tested a Muffin - delicious.
I had to substitute some of the ingredients but the result was great - Mr F loved his half of a Muffin.
I will share recipe if anyone wants it. Cost to make 12 Muffins - approx £1. They are a filling Muffin - I suppose because of the added fibre ingredients.Gc 2013 +26 -5. -4 -7 -14 -15 -10.-8.20 +15p+30+5.80 Dec +9 GROCERY challenge 2014 Jan -2Feb -3 March -1.50 April +5.40 May +4.90 June -3.July 16.50/85

I'm in for another month - £80 budget again, and hoping to stick to it! Having a look through my freezer, I've managed to run it down quite well, and will only have the herbs, spices and pulses in my cupboard to finish off now! Some Scotch Broth, 10 bean chilli and chickpea tapas will see those through :j0

I use Evernote. It syncs between pc and phone and you can click on web items and choose to share to that app, or copy and paste into it yourself.

So I've spent the whole evening reading through the OS forums, added a new notebook to my T shop that's arriving in the morning and am actually excited to take an inventory of the kitchen tomorrow... Is that sad? LolJanuary Grocery challenge - £165.31/£3500
