Having trouble with the jobcentre

Hi.
Today i received a letter from the jobcentre informing they are not paying me from the 22may - 6 August, two week ago i received another letter say from 8th may.
They put down in their letter that i'm not looking for work.
2 weeks ago when i was at the jobcentre the advisor said about carers and cleaning, and i said i was not going to do either of those jobs and she replied so your not willing to do ANY JOBS then. like carers and cleaning are the only 2 available jobs in the UK.
before this i was banned from the jobcentre for 3 months over them changing what i actually said to them.
I said "I read on yahoo about some jobcentre advisor having acid thrown in their faces," didnt finish with thought you might like to read it, when they came back "so you want to throw acid in our faces" even put it down in their report to the police that i said "I wanted to throw acid their faces"
before this since august 2012 they have done every thing can to stop my benefits, ever month they where informing me i was being sanctioned. I appealed and won each time. even over christmas they sanctioned me, but didnt inform me so i couldnt appeal and when they did eventually inform me they said it was TO LATE for me to appeal. was supposed to notified 22 Dec via phonecall / letter, but none arrived until mid Jan.
I only apply for jobs I CAN DO, theres no point in me applying to be a manager or anything in advisory due to the amount of years I've been unemployed.
I'm coming to the end of my tether, so what are my options besides seeing my ombudsman, who being a tory MP wouldnt do anything anyway my ombudsman happens to be david willetts.
my jobsearch currently entails 3hrs online jobsearch every other day, but my jobseekers agreement actually says 3hrs DAILY. as the sites i use dont get updated daily and 98% of the time even doing every other day brings up the same jobs.

Is there a reason why you cannot do caring or cleaning jobs?
I have no idea why you made the comment about acid being thrown at an adviser, it was completely unsuitable and I can understand why someone would find it threatening or intimidating. You need to think before you speak.0 -

Your options include trying to be a bit more co-operative and civil to them. It's understandable that they would feel hesitant about helping someone who has implied they would like to throw acid in their face.0 -

Hard to disagree with that I am afraid. I assume you could appeal against the most recent sanction?0 -
So what jobs are you looking for CEO of a top company or something? Do you have skills for certain jobs then?
I left a good paid job to go back into caring, working my way up the pay.
My partner loves his domestic job as he works in a care home and likes the interaction with the residents.0 -
If your agreement says daily then you should look daily. Jobmatch and Indeed are updated every day.
About the 3 hours, you're not timed are you? Isn't the amount of jobs you apply for recorded and not the amount of time you spend on job seeking? Apply for what you can do, even if you think it's "beneath you". If you have physical or mental problems that make it difficult to do certain jobs then discuss them with your advisor.
I also agree with the comments about the acid, it was completely unnecessary.0 -

Well if you read my post, I was at a jobcentre, I would have THOUGHT they would like to know whats been going on at other jobcentres after all they do the same job. so they could think themselves lucky they dont work at THAT jobcentre.
93123 I've got no interest in caring for others, and as for cleaning i've got 3 sisters who did it, who are now sick due to the chemicals they where told to use.
oh dont get me wrong they all do other jobs, but they cant do cleaning as a job.
as for the 3hrs it says 3 hrs per day on my agreement, which is actually a guide line not LAW.
And I have NO MENTAL or PHYSICAL problems. I dont like heights or ladders due to slipping down a 20ft ladder when i was younger.
What i have got is LACK OF WORK EXPERIENCE. last time i worked was 1999 under NEW DEAL as a self employed market trader, and they where NO HELP then and I only did that because they gave me 2 choices after finishing a "work program", option 1 go 6months without benefits, option 2. do something.
Debrag NO, shelf filler, driver not HGV as i'm not classed to drive LGV/HGV and have no tachograph experience.
SueC i didnt imply anything. I simply said I read on yahoo in the news about an advisor at a jobcentre having acid thrown in their face.
I'll be civil to them, when they are civil to me. Lets see what happens when you end up going down there, being told we're stopping your benefits for 6months, then 2 seconds later being told "oh we're going on strike next week as we cant afford to live on our £146 a week wages." or the other time, "i've just bought a £15,000 soft top BMW" whats that got to do with my jobsearch and me looking for work. NOTHING.
Suggest before you post you should actually read the ENTIRE POST.
Well NO HELP here then. so no recommendations on going to see my ombudsman then.
The jobcentre hasnt helped me 1 bit except for sending me to back to work programs which dont actually work for me over the past 18 years of me SIGNING. yes 18 years, and just think when i first signed I was so polite and did everything they told me to do, and after being sanctioned for doing what they told me to do, thought why am i listening to these "people". I signed up for a welding course at a college, i went to the interview filled in the paper work, just had to ask the jobcentre 1 question length of time, went to the jobcentre on my signing day, and got told I didnt go to the college for the interview, well the person they spoke to wasnt the person i saw, the person they saw was on HOLIDAY when i had my interview, so how could he see me. but the jobcentre stopped my benefits. Even though i had proof, 1 i had to sign in when i got to the college, and 2nd i had the college books on my lap in front of them. But hay, i've even been banned from the jobcentre for 3months, and before you ask I DIDNT SAY 1 ONE TO THEM, i did however say HI to the security guard. Figure that one out, all I did was sit down in a chair and wait for the advisor to speak and that was "threatening and aggressive behaviour" according to the letter i got 4 days later.0 -

You thought wrong - your comments were completely unsuitable. It is certainly not your place to suggest that they 'think themselves lucky' they were not the victim of such an attack, as that sounds like a veiled threat.
Why are you unable to do cleaning or caring jobs?0 -
There appears to be 2 options here:
either they really are out to get you or you are winding them up and being unreasonable. This is not really a situation you are going to win in, if they are determined to report you for every little thing then that's what they seem to be doing.
For the moment I'd appeal, but in future you're probably going to have to go in and bite you lip and be exteremly careful about what you say and how you say it.
You could also consider making a complaint about the fact that you have had soooo many sanctions and each time you have been reinstated. Perhaps you could be moved to a different adviser/different job centre as relations appear to be so strained at the moment?
