Can I just say, three customer service advisers don't know their job. each adviser says differently and confuse all the people!!!!!!!!!Bizarre,weird, strange, dont know anything else!!!!!!!0

personal numbers are 070 and 07744 and 07755. they really have no clue sitting millions of miles away!!!0

i m using 3 minutes for last two months now and have never been charged, but till now i call 3 almost every two weeks and ask abt my account balance and tell them that i m using these 07744 nos only because these r comming from my inclusive minutes and ask them to make a note on my account.
now 3 customer sevice told me that i can safely used those nos and if they decide to change the policy they will inform me inadvance

I would be very wary - a while ago 3 did allow calls to I think 08 numbers even though T&C said they didn't and then part way through a month they started to charge for them with some people incurring big bills which they refusd to refund on the grounds that they were only following their T&C and that their failure to charge for many months previously was just a billing error - you have been warned...I think....0

Thanks for the important email message. We called three customer service and also enquired via email their charging policy change regarding all 07744/07755 access numbers, we were told that three treats all 07744/07755 access numbers as personal numbers and will charge their users to call all 07744/07755 access numbers with personal number rates which are very expensive. We are still waiting for their written confirmation. The problem with Three customer service is each person will give you a different account. We also received feedback from some of our users that their Three bills do include 07744/07755 access numbers in their bundled free cross-network minutes. Our suggestion is to be cautious and get a written email confirmation from Three. In the past Three sent huge phone bills to their users and claim that it was a billing error not charging 07744/07755 access numbers. So if you have a written email confirmation from Three then it will be very difficult for Three to deny it. If you can get a written email confirmation from Three that Three do include 07744/07755 access numbers in their bundled free cross-network minutes then you can safely use the same 07744 access numbers as that of Orange, there are no seperate 07744 access numbers for Three.

1. t-mobile dont permit anymore
2. virgin is not Vergin !!
They seem very iffy indeed posting incorrect info!!0 -

That aside their advice is pretty much spot on and exactly what i've been saying if you have written confirmation from three then you should have a leg to stand on if they bill you afterwards.ummm...0
