    Working for me as well, made a one minute call and checked usage and unbilled charges.

    My inclusive minutes are deducted and unbilled charges are same.......
  • Although 3 is not charging 07744/07755, which is also confirmed by calling customer services, but sill recieving recording giving warning that these calls will be charged, there is no written confirmation.
    If they start charging these numbers we will endup with huge bills, they can always refuse to reimburse the charges by giving the reference of recording.

    Can someone paste the written confirmation from 3 in this forum

    I have got this email from three that this numbers are not included in the minutes. There is a contradiction from the 3 customer service on the phone.
    Please be cautious to ring these numbers. I have tried 30 minutes so far all came from my minutes, confusing though!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    i contacted three who called me back (Indian call centre) to confirm that the numbers were included, I asked her to respond in written form (email) and it never appeared..

    There seems to be a lot of conflicting information going round and I would stick to being careful.. I've 400 xnet mins I'd love to use for international dialing... but I have a gut feeling that three are going to charge for these calls... especially if you are getting a message warning these calls are going to be charged.

    I’m glad to know that you are considering 3 as your future network. Our Price Plans covers calls made to different networks. This numbers are included in your inclusive minutes..

    You can also transfer your existing number to our network; in order to do that you need to get Port Authorization Code (PAC) from Orange. PAC code consists of three letters and six numbers. It’s valid for 30 days. A port can take between 7 and 37 days to complete. Once you’ve an active account with us you can call us with your request to Port In.

    To purchase a contract or check about our offers for our new customers, I request you to call our Direct sales team on 0800 358 9571 and we’ll be happy to help you. You can also visit our website at https://www.three.co.uk/shop or pop into one of our 3 Stores.

    tried calling you to discuss this personally, but haven’t been able to
    reach you.

    The numbers starting with 07744 and 07755 are personal numbers and
    they’re chargeable numbers because the opposite person has activated the
    personal number services.

    We’ve recently launched new handsets and promotions. I’d request

    Alternatively, you can even visit any of our 3 stores.
