I have read all the posts and think if you still have concerns about the child's safety you have a duty to report it. You can call Childrens Services if you feel there is danger to the child. You could also contact the police and ask to speak to someone in the Child Protection Department or share your concerns with the little girls Health Visitor. These can all be done anonymously and as often as you witness or are made aware of any danger to the child.
Do not feel bad that you shared the truth. If more people did this we would reduce the number of children abused and even avoid deaths such as Victoria Climbie or Baby Peter.
Good on you for standing up for what you see as an injustice!!!!
