Whoop whoop! Go Gracie!!! I am also having a proud mother moment as I think Evie has cracked toilet training just sneaking in before her 2nd birthday!!! We just need to work on the poos a little bit and no more daytime nappies for me!!!
Enjoy your holidays Birdie. Hope your friends behave!
I am looking for advice. I want to make this cake for Evie's birthday but I want to make a carrot cake underneath, as chocolate cake never gets eaten. Would this work? Does anyone have a good recipe, or if not for a chocolate one? Can I make it the day before?

Well done Evie
There's no reason why it wouldn't be possible to do a carrot cake as obviously you don't cook the kitkat onto the cake until it's cool, but I just would have thought it would be a bit of an unusual taste carrot cake with so much chocolate. There's no reason not to make any kind of cake the day before, just ideally put it in a tin or something to keep it moist.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

The Be-Ro carrot cake recipe is the best I've tried - not sure if you have it or if it's available online... XxWeightloss: 14.5/65lb0

That's what I thought! Would it be weird with all the chocolate? Any other suggestions rather than chocolate cake?
Evie just went over to the potty and did a poo on it, so she is trained. Am thrilled!!!Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947

Wahey Evie!
How about a plain sponge cake? Or if you like it a bit fruity do a vanilla sponge with some raspberries baked in it?Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Yay go Grace! What a clever girl.
Clever Evie too! I am jealous. Not having much luck with Poppy, she was using potty a while back but now does not like it at all and try all methods of persuasion and she is not interested.0 -
It looks like that one CMD - obvs you don't have to do it as a traybake. I thought the carrot and choc might be a bit odd but had assumed you would just deconstruct the cake to eat it?! Maybe you could just do an orange sponge as choc and orange go? Hope to see a pic whatever you decide!!
Wendz - that happened to a friend of a friend - little girl was potty trained and then completely regressed for some reason. Nightmare!!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
What about something like this:

Does this sound okay?
Was Poppy fully trained Wendz? Max was trained at 2.5 years but he was way more stubborn/anxious about the whole thing so that's why I decided to get in there early with Evie. Am keeping my fingers crossed that she keeps it up. Max went straight to the toilet (with a seat). He was terrified of the potty.Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947
